J. Andrew Associates, Inc. is a professional cost reduction and purchasing consulting group founded in 1997 by a group of experienced purchasing professionals and expense category specialists. Our mission is simple... to assist companies in reducing overhead and operational expenses, by using our knowledge of the current marketplace to properly analyze and negotiate a given expense category.

Many large to midsize companies with national presence have received the benefit of our expertise in cost reduction. When you outsource an expense category to us, we ensure that your pricing is at or below current market conditions!

We will properly analyze expenses that your staff may not have the time or expertise to analyze themselves.

We are paid on a contingency basis, with no up front fee. We only earn a fee if you accept our written recommendations.

We apply the most modern purchasing techniques and spend the necessary time to research and negotiate the best possible service and price. We will complement an existing purchasing department, or act as your purchasing department. This will increase your effectiveness, productivity and save you time and money!
